90% RYE WITH SUNFLOWER SEEDS

There are only very few skilled professionals in Canada able to hand-craft a 90% rye bread. A slow baking process (over 2 hours) is needed to bake this heavy bread to perfection. Best stored in the freezer or cooler.
Ingredients:
Dark rye flour*, rye sour culture, coarse rye meal, sunflower seeds, unbleached untreated wheat flour, flax seeds, water, whole wheat flour, oats, pumpkin seeds, salt, yeast.
